Our First Time at the Hong Kong Cat Expo!
We jumped onboard the Hong Kong Cat Expo for its fine art corner, “Meowsterpieces” last weekend! Finally, a chance to whip out all the cat themed artworks we had up our sleeve.
With most of her artworks featuring animals and nature, Adin’s artworks easily made the cut. The Cat Expo was the perfect place for Adin’s new ‘Cozy Afternoon’ print and sculpture to make their Hong Kong debut.
Our Cat Expo booth also revisited the works of Gemart Ortega, Angling, and Jang Onanong, all of whose works have a sense of playfulness and childlike innocence. We hope the cats our artists insert into the fictional worlds they paint were refreshing for passersby to see!
The Agence France-Presse (AFP) also stopped by our booth to feature our gallery in an interview, so that was fun too.
A big thank you to fellow gallery, Artaflo Collective, for sharing this opportunity with us. Maybe you’ll see us there again next year, who knows?
